CARDINAL ARTICHOKE

Cardinal is a fleshy artichoke variety exclusive to Prince de Bretagne. It is characterized by its purple colour, a "closed" head and less thorny leaves. Its very good shelf life is a real plus. Its sweet and mild flavour has been tested and recognized by consumers.
